CAMRA Supreme Champion Beer Of The Year 1979.
Known and loved for its distinctive, rounded flavour, London Pride is the award-winning beer for which Fuller’s is most famous. In recent years its popularity has grown to the extent that it is now Britain’s leading premium ale: a welcome fixture in many pubs and off licences around the country, and now winning new friends abroad.
To the beer afficiando looking for the classic English pint, we say this: Whatever you do, take Pride.

NOTE: Most Fuller's beer in the US is served by handpump kegs (at 4.7%), not casks. Ask your server.

One of my favourite session beers. Not over-complex but a good balance of flavours and hints of citrus, toffee, caramel and floral earthiness.

Pours a dark orange red with a creamy off white froth. Aroma is mostly a blend of sweet malt and dark overripe fruits. Typical english bitter light fruity nose and soft hop characteristic. Flavor starts with some plum fruitiness. Gets a sort of light caramel character before gaining a crisp bitter balance. Sweet sugary dark fruits in the finish with an eased bitterness. Medium body very minimal soft carbonation. Not a bad beer, very easy drinking for the pub

Cask. The White Hart, Holborn, London. Soapy white foam and lace. Clean deep gold body. Malt driven aroma; golden syrup, toffee, faint breadiness, some earthy hop character. Low carbonation, chewy malt texture, good length body. Honey and light toffee flavours upfront, undertones of spice and earthy leafy hops, hints of dark fruit esters. Finishes quite sweet, moderate bitterness. Good bit, enjoyable malt character and yeast driven complexities.

Cask. Amber beer with a cream colored head. light earthy/pine aroma with light caramel. Light caramel flavor with light piney hops. Medium bodied. Light caramel and light piney hops linger with earthiness and a light floral note.

I love London Pride. It is a great beer, either in a bottle or on cask. It has just about the right ABV, so I don’t get too drunk which makes this a fine session beer. Very drinkable indeed.

Cask at Betjeman Arms, St. Pancras Station. Lovely reddish-orange color. Faintly sourish, fruity nose. Lightly sweet before a light, dusty, dry hop bitterness rides into the finish. Subtle and tasty and quaffable.
