Tasted 4/13/09. 12oz bottle. Best Before 14 Feb 10/319. Filtered with a dark golden hue. Medium off-white head. Aromas of sweet breads and mild cereal grains. Medium bodied with a decent effervescence and a dry finish. Dry earthy hops with a citrus undertone. Bready light roasted malts. Good hops. Good solid English brew!

500ml can: Amber with no head whatsoever. Somewhat malty aroma. Flavour is bland--weakly propped up by caramel and hops. Not impressive.

Clear amber color with nice white head, aroma of vanilla sweet malts caramel and some cheesy sourness, flavor of roasted malts caramel biscuit and notes of clove finish is not so bittery for bitter. Nice

Bottle. Clear golden colour. Nice hoppy aroma and flavour. Fruity, citrusy. Bitter finish which is a little drying. A great beer. Even better from the pump!

Pours a beautiful clear amber with a medium, off-white creamy head. A nice sweet malt and fruit aroma. Medium, somewhat creamy body with light carbonation. Flavor a little malty, some citrus, with a light bitterness that pulls through to the end. Very drinkable, a great session brew.

Has a nice light brown/gold color. Smells of sweeter malts. Has hints of molasses and raisins. Taste is full of sweeter malts and molasses. Aftertaste has a little bite, but it all works out very well. This is one of the better malt flavored beers I’ve had in a while.
