Pours a fizzy copper color with a small, oily head. Aroma is of malt, toffee, and hops. Flavor is biscuity malt with bread in the profile. It is a great bitter; very sessionable.

Bottle. Pours a copper body with an off white head. Malty beer and a bit unbalanced with the bitter hop flavor. Eh just didnt sit well with me.

Bottle. Pours amber with a fizzy head. Malty aroma, almost soapy. The flavor has a nice malt profile with floral hops. Pretty good.

Deep copper pour with dense little head. Malty start with sweet leathery notes and delightful light feel. Tremendous.

Clear Golden copper, small white head. Delicious hops by aroma, taste and bitterness. just lovely.

Smell: Sweet-smelling, nutty aroma of toffee-coated toasted biscuits with a background note of fruit. Taste: Sweet, biscuit maltiness with a rising taste of dark, toasted toffee. Slight nuttiness. Pleasant cherry fruitiness perks up midway. Maybe a drop of vanilla. Subtly spicy, lightly earthy bitterness with a mild, mildly cleansing bitterness. Faint drying grassiness near the end. Still, the brew finishes on the sweet side. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation. Drinkability: A fairly tasty, easy-drinking English treat. Sure, it’s something to have pride in and sure, I’d have another (or four)!

Bottle from By the Bottle in Vancouver, WA--Definitely lived up to it’s claim as "Outstanding pale ale." Bright, clear golden-copper-orangey body with a handsome beige thin head. Honey-nut nose. Floral hops and crackery malt play works efficiently. Sweet, nutty, bitter interchanges cradle tongue with sessionable pleasure and flavorsome splendor. A.
