edden (927), cow- lumbus, Ohio, USA Nov 16, 2007 11/16/07: Bottle. Light tea colored body with some lace. Mild nose. Mild flavored as well – hops and malt. Pretty balanced and standard. cheeta (858), Langå, Denmark Nov 15, 2007 Heavy hoppy aroma. Large creamy white head. Good lacing. Mostly diminishing longevity. Clear brown body. Light bitter and sour flavor. Medium palate. MarkBarnes (264), Waterville, New York, USA Nov 10, 2007 Nov. 2, 2007; bottle obtained at Malt & Vine, Redmond, WA. Rating this from memory, with the impression being that it was very similar to the Fullers ESB sampled immediately afterward. Happy to get my hands on anything that says "Fullers" on the bottle, and looking forward to giving this a proper rating at such time as I’m able to find London Pride here in Central New York State. BigMilly8 (374), Holiday, Florida, USA Nov 10, 2007 From bottle at tasting : Light yellow pour. Foamy head with good lacing. Not much aroma or flavor, kinda like a light beer. Not very good. sm89walt (434), Norwich, Norfolk, England Nov 8, 2007 Bottle. Clear reddy brown with a full, although quickly dissipating off-white head. Buttery sweet malt aromas and an earthy hoppiness. The flavour is sweet and full of fruitiness with a mild, yet complementary bitterness and a smooth finish. A nicely balanced, light beverage that I actually prefer bottled, although only marginally. DeadGuyFrank (347), http://westchesterbeer.com, USA Nov 6, 2007 London Pride proves me why so many brewers’ first love are British beers when they travel abroad for the first time. This brew is a standard for everyday drinking - how awesome is that. Really good tasting beer, lots of malt but nicely balanced with plenty of hops! kopestes (164), Braine l’Alleud, Belgium Oct 25, 2007 Draft in Bracknell’s Downshire Arms pub. Clear copper color with medium white head. Tiny lacing. Hop aroma and bitter taste. It was a bit watery. Better then lager but nothing extraordinary. Expected more from it. Blom (390), Odense, Denmark Oct 23, 2007 Updated: Dec 10, 2007Huge off-white head on a amber brew. Sweet floral aroma (chamomille, roiboos and apple) with much maltiness. It is so smooth and low carbonated that is hard not to gulp it down in thirst! And what a taste, a fine bitterness on an impressive malt base. One of my favorites.
