Clear light copper with small head, sweet fruity aroma. Flavours of pale malt, spicy/fragrant hoppiness, caramel, Quite dry and bitter lingering finish. Well balanced, smooth, easy drinking. Good for a session.

Bottle. Small fizzy head thatfully dissapated in a matter of seconds. Semi-sparkling amber color. Pretty good lacing on the glass. Aromas of apples, light malts, and some flowery hops. Flavor is initially bitter with some sweetness and finishes bitter with a touch of acetic flavors. Light bodied. Dry textured. Lively carbonation. Lightly astringentness in the finish. This is okay.

Bottled. A clear and bright red beer with a small but beautiful creamy white head. The aroma is above all hoppy and floral. Good malt charachter balanced by a good hoppiness. Herbal and some fruity notes. The body is not strong, maybe a little watery, but it doesn’t matter. Good palate and medium bitterness. Easy drinking, refreshing and very nice.

This is a very nice premium bitter ale. It has a deep gold color that offers a nice firm head! The hop flavors really show a decent flow throuhg the aroma into the flavor and the back palate.

Bouteille.

Quality pint of bitter, but nothing mindblowing. A nice amber colour with a nice good amount of hops. Very easy drinking.

Bottle. Pours deep golden with a big off-white head. Crisp hoppy aroma. Malty and wooden notes. Smooth hoppy and malty flavour. Bitter and dry finish. Notes of apple. A tad watery but not too much. Soft palate. 05-04-07.
