Outstanding Premium Ale.

Dark golden with a nice head. Sweet malty aroma. Nice full crispy hoppy flavor. Good stuff!

This is a tasty and very drinkable ale. Flavor is hoppy but not overly bitter, and finish is crisp and smooth.

This is my last review, because I’m too cheap to pay.(bottle) Aroma is of strong bread. Very acidic and watery. Strong yet smooth hop finish. Also lots of tea flavor also. Not the best of ales but not bad. Adios.

Poured from a 25 ounce bottle into a mug, a beautiful amber with a thick beige head. The aroma was sweet and fruity with notes of apple. The taste, well, it wasn’t as good as I remember on tap down at Brit’s Pub. It was more watery than I remembered. Light sweet roasted malt with a bready nose and slightly bitter. Maybe a hint of some fruit. I clearly prefer the Fuller’s ESB version.

500ml can from LCBO. I’m sorry, but am I the only one who felt like someone just ate a very expensive and exquisite meal and then threw up in my mouth? It’s definitely a complex brew, I’ll give it that. Bits of toffee was evident in the taste and it was quite malty. The head was milky white, more blanche than any other beer head I have seen. Quite a bit of carbonation, but I just can’t stomach the flavour. I’ll give it props for being complex and full of flavour, but the flavour is just horrible to me.

Looked great in the glass as I drove into work today. A great road soda. Smooth I’ll give it but Astonishil=ngly complex may take me a few more back to back to admit to that one. An alkaline hopishness (is that a word?) that was a pleasant surprise. A standard of the style, Cheers, glad I saved some for the ride home.

A little disappointed with London Pride. After having 1845 this was very disappointing. It had a malty aroma and a nice dark appearance witha nice pour. Mouthfeel was a little weak with a odd aftertaste. Flavor was very malty and had a taste that was a little harsh.

Bottle. Clear, light amber color with a white head. Sweet malt flavor and aroma with some fruitiness. Balanced with some hops bitterness. It’s smooth with a light bitter, dry finish. An enjoyable beer.
