Bottle. Clear amber body with a medium short lasting white head. Aroma is mainly caramel and bitter hops but also some discrete fruit. Its medium to light bodied. Flavour is rather fruity with hints of toffee and caramel as well as UK hops. Bitter and malty finish.

Compared to Fullers ESB, London Pride has more a more alcohol aroma. It has a pleasant, yet perhaps not forceful enough faint bitterness and no head whatsoever. It isn’t quite as flavorful as the ESB, and would need a little more sweetness to match up.

Bottle. Pours amber with a fizzy head. Malty aroma, almost soapy. The flavor has a nice malt profile with floral hops. Pretty good.

Creamy, mushy bitter with much more attention to flavor than aroma. Recognizably British. Odd urine and gunpowder aroma. Good cold.

a very good pale ale, nice taste, not too bitter, taste like it has more alcohol than the 4.7 claimed. i could drink alot of these and run up a huge tab.

This beer, when first opened...wow, the aroma was superior, and when poured the look and smell was justified when i took the first sip, nice clean solid bitter sweet taste, good, but on the lower end of some other fine fuller brews.

Nice full brown colour and the taste is nutty and sweet with a hint of wood. Not overly bitter finish but rather fruity. I will likely wait to try this on tap as I think it would make the beer taste much better. Still a great example of Brtish Ale.
