Pint bottle. Pours a reddish amber color with a one finger off-white head. Nose is sweet caramel malts and some dark fruits. Palate is roasted malts, burnt caramel, nuts and a touch of hops in the finish. Medium mouth feel. An ok brew for the style – a little boring.

Clear golden colour. As caesar said, an easy to drink beer. Nothing special.

0.5l bottle brought from England by a friend (thanks Ivana!)
Enjoying the irony of drinking this on the night Croatia kicked England out of the Euro 2008.
This poured an amber/orange colour (close to bronze) with a small to medium sized slightly off-white head that disappeared fast. Mild but pleasant nose... caramel and herbal-flowery hops. The taste is somewhat mild and pleasant as well... Sweetish (a bit caramel and just a tad roasty) light malty-earthy taste nicely balanced by some agrumey lightly bitter hops. Soft mouthfeel, light hoppy, bit metallic aftertaste. This’d make a very good everyday beer, but man... it could really use some body in my opinion.

16.9 oz bottle 3/6/09 (Sam’s Wine & Spirits-Downers Grove)-It poured a nice amber body with a tight off white head. Aroma of malt, hops, and a little citrus. Taste begins with malt and sweetness that lingers throughout and it finishes with a bit of bitterness. Not a bad medium bodied brew.

Amber with thin off-white head. Aroma of flowery, spicy hops. Toasty malt taste with floral malt backbone. Don’t know that I’d say it is astonishingly complex. Pretty good, but not exceptional.

(on bottle) Not that complex to me, just very fine everyday-ale. And again, I´ll recomend to all our danish beerdrinkers, when thay reach for those awfull "classic"-pilsners. A surpring hoppy sent, light,b ut still full mouthfeel and a very good finish. The finish both kills your thirst and make wanna have a sip more; exxelent
