Bottle. Pour is a transparent amber/orange with a smallish head. Aromas are of caramel apple, but fairly weak. Flavor is weak and watery. A bit of malt sweetness with some mild hops, but overall this is disappointing.

Cask, at the Black Lion & French Horn, Pollen Street, London. Copper coloured with good sized white head. Fruity, malty aroma. Taste of sweet malt and light hops. Medium bodied. Very drinkable.

(Draught at Salhojankadun Pub on 2008-02-28) Copper colour, clear. Hardly any head. Light malty nose. Some bitterness and bit of malts in taste. A bit musty taste.

On tap at the Ginger Man. Pours a clear amber with a small white head. Aroma of light fruits (esp. raspberry), wheat. The aroma is very inviting and the beer smells better than it tastes. Watery palate. Flavor of light fruits (blueberry), raisin, dark fruits (esp as the beer warms). An odd mesh of flavors. Just ok for me.

Belle couleur, mais sa saveur est un peu fade et amère, peut-être un mauvais bach!?

16 ounce can from Kegs & Barrels in McKinney, TX. Pours a very nice looking amber with off-white head. Nice aroma of caramelized malt with nicely balanced hop. Flavor has a pleasing malty backbone with nice hop flavor with slight bitter. Im going to say this is a Co2 and nitro combination, low-medium carbonation with creamy mouthfeel, threw me off at first, wasn’t expecting that.....smooth....Overall, this is a enjoyable beer....

On tap at the Lake Saucer. Clear copper appearance. Soft malty aroma with the buttery smoothness of an English Bitter. Smooth mouthfeel with a soft bitter flavor. Few malts make their way through to the tongue which provide for an overall, easy drinking beer. Fairly light bodied and smooth.
