Always trust Fullers for consistently good beers. London Pride is, if you don’t know, a classic bitter. Well balanced malts and hops, nothing unusual, just a good example of a bitter.

Bottled. A light amber coloured beer with a slight tan coloured head. The aroma is a little sweet with caramel and nut notes. The taste is suprisingly hoppy and bitter with some bery fruit, nuts and caramel also. Quite decent.

Bottle. Nice amber colour, with a mild maltiness but i felt it did not match up to the draft version of it. Not enough mouthfeel. Note the bottle was left at room temperature for at least 4 months.

Amber body with a mid-sized frothy head. Aroma of grass, apples, flowers, and malt. Intense bitter and slightly burned flavour with a soft buttery finish and a lasting hoppy aftertaste.

Head is initially small, fizzy, off-white, fully diminishing. Body is medium amber. Aroma is moderately malty (toasted light bread, caramel), lightly hoppy (flowers). Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately bitter. Finish is moderately bitter, lightly acidic. Medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation.
