Flowery hop flavors of English varieties make for a good break from all the Cascade over-hopping you get from American micros. Jedsbrew (465), Rhineland, Missouri, USA

Not overly bitter finish but rather fruity. I will likely wait to try this on tap as I think it would make the beer taste much better. Still a great example of Brtish Ale. Smells malty with a delicious Engish hop presence. Incredibly smooth drinking, well balanced ale. Kind of like a lighter version of their ESB(still their best bitter). Would be an excellent session brew. Wish I could find it in a six pack. Buying single pints gets ridiculous. If iI could drink it from the cask, I would drain that mutha.(Please save my stool, I'll be back.) ilovedarkbeer (1367), Dallas, Texas, USA

Pours a nice golden-orange colour, with a rich creamy head that’ll take some time to settle. The aroma is malty of course, hoppy, some pineapple, caramel, citrus, I was expecting banana but it’s mostly piney and citrusy. Flavour is more of the same but very smooth, less tang than I thought there would be given the very evident elements of pineapples. There’s a tiny hop bite in the finish. The carbonation is non-existent in the taste despite the carbonated look of the beer in the glass. Nice brew over-all but nothing spectacular. EDIT: This one definitely grew on me. I love the malt character to it, and the hops add a great sense of balance to the whole picture. A good go-to-session-brew.
