Mild hop aromas. This is a well balanced session beer. My main complaint is that its overly carbonated. Solid session beer though. lowg (123), Scarborough, Ontario, Canada

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Sep 5, 2006 Amber honey pour with a small pearled head. Smells of brandy, honey, and roasted malt. Very solid beer. Lots of complexity with very little off tastes. Highly recommended. The finish on this is quite remarkable. Don’t over chill this. Let the bottle sit out for a half hour at room temperature. It really opens up the flavors. Check the expiration date, I’ve seen real old bottles at west coast retailers. pforei (338), USA
