But I purchased a bottle and gave it another try - this time it rates higher. It looks great: an amber pour with a nice, lazy head and lace. The hefty bottle is decorated with a simple, but attractive label. Soft mouthfeel and mild, dry English hops. Pleasant flavor with a little astringency and a hint of lemon zest. It is a little on the light side, but this is still a gold standard English bitter. gabbama (116), Ft. Walton Beach, Florida, USA
