Transparent caramel. Small white head. Grapefruit hops mingle with a slightly fainter sour milk scent. The beer is almost completely flat. The flavour is light and predominantly hoppy. It has body, but seems to go down like water. Very easy to drink. Well balanced and thirst quenching.

Aug 17, 2008 From bottle. This is a goood looking dark amber ale with good head that quickly dissipates. light roasted malt aroma with some sters. Taste is slightly malty, fruity with medium hoppiness.Good commercial ale. B

Aug 15, 2008 Enters the glass a deep amber tending to copper with a small head that disperses rather fast. The nose displays significant caramel and toffee with a hint of apricot. Flavour profile is much of the same with some sweet biscuity malt coming into play and the late onset of earthy hop bitterness adding balance.
