| 4.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 19/20 | Dec 12, 2005 Dark brown. Full mature aroma. Small head. Had this beer with a meal of meatballs made from reindeer mince and spiced with juniper berries, and that was a perfect match. The juniper flavor is evident in the beer also, together with a marked bitterness and a littlel bit of sugar, just enough to enhance everything else. Fuller’s never seem to disappoint me! sunevdj (1776), Copenhagen OE, Denmark

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 28, 2005 Bottled. Dark copper coloured mediumsized brown thick creamy head. Strong malty nose with hints of caramel and cookies as well as a bit of roast. Strong roasted malt in flavour along with some hops in finish. Caramellish hints also there as well as weak plummyness. Quite pleasant, but the roastflavour is a bit too aggressive. Papsoe (14996), Frederiksberg, Denmark
