Appearance: amber color, some turbid similar to honey look. Medium and persistent head. Aroma: to honey, caramel malts, some toffee; ripe fruits like peaches, apricots and medlar. Nice floral-hoppy smells. Flavor: sweet caramel malts, intensive honey’s taste, nice not sickly sweet. Tones of vanilla, toffee and fruit reminiscences like peaches, melon and apricots. Good balance, persistent floral-hoppy. Palate: medium body with silky texture. Low carbonation. Nice, good balance and fresh. Better that normal "Fullers Honey Dew"

Cask at the Cambridge, Bristol. Golden coloured with a minimal head. Pronounced aroma of honey with some floral hops. Smooth drinking with more honey flavours and a bitter finish. Ok.

Cask at the Dog and Duck. Just a boring beer. Drinkable, but wouldn’t get me to switch from lager if I were a lager drinker.

"Organic Honey Dew Golden cask Ale". Deep golden, no head. Aroma of honey with fruity hops. Flavour is fresh and smooth, heavy on honey and with a nice moderate fruitiness. Sweet honey finish with a light hoppiness.

[cask at Cockney Pub] A dark yellow beer with no head. The aroma is very faint but a little sweet. The flavor is smooth, slightly fruity with notes of honey ending on a nice bitterness, though it vanishes pretty fast. A very light beer - probably a great summer beer. The notes of honey is very fine without being too much.
