Apr 1, 2007 Golden with a nice head. The aroma is fruity with notes of apple and a bit of caramel, and this goes for the flavour too. The honey character is weak. An inoffensive, charming beer, that is easy to drink on a hot summer day.

Mar 21, 2007 nice golden color, aroma is quite honey, once this warms up its like sticking your nose in a bottle of honey. but the honey is almost gone in the flavour, its mostly hoppy with a nice malt background. decent stuff.

Mar 12, 2007 Golden colour with little white head. Aroma of straw and honey. The taste is dominated by honey. Seems to be a little one dimensional. I can imagine that this beer will get a little more points on a hot summerday.

Mar 10, 2007 Bottle. Small light yellow head. Golden colour. Very nice sweet aroma with fruits, flowers and honey. Flavor was a bit let down after so great aroma: mild, somewhat bitter and sweet at the same time. Taste of honey (not so clearly as in smell), wax, banana.

Mar 3, 2007 Great beer. The aroma was vey pleasant. I could not taste any honey in the flavor however. The beer is a beautiful brown amber colour. However this beer is one of my favourites.

Feb 5, 2007 I found very little aroma, had to really dig deep to get anything on the nose. A gorgeous yellow - fade to amber - then back to yellow appearence. Flavor was like the nose, hard to pick out much at all. I got more watery "Dew" than "Honey", but a slight crispness kept it from total disaster. Standard palate with low fizz but medium head.

Jan 28, 2007 Golden with a creamy head. Aroma of honey, with some hops, bit of lemon. Flavour is smooth, nice sweet honey, good maltiness, little hoppiness. Good but a lot better on cask.
