Jan 25, 2007 Bottled. A golden/orange beer with a small white head that disappears quickly. The aroma is honeysh with some light herbal notes. The flavour is very sweet and malty with much honey and little hops. Not unbalanced, but too much on the sweet side for my taste. The aftertaste is not much long and strong, however not bad. An average ale. Not the best from this brewery.

Jan 19, 2007 Light honey ale with a sweet tooth, flowery, citrussy and malty. Honey taste is not so pronounced as, let’s say: st. peters honey porter, but it’s there, and i like this better. A bit lagerish.

Jan 13, 2007 Bottle, 5.0%. Clear orange colour, very small white head. Weak honey flavour, a little bready. Seems oxidized even though it is quite new.

A beer for my wife. She love it, caused by the honey which is truely represented in the aroflavor. Otherwise metallic, sticky, flowery and good on a hot day.

Dec 12, 2006 Bouteille de 500 ml achetée à la LCBO (Toronto, ONT). Arôme: Odeur de pain et de fleur. Apparence: La couleur est blonde translucide avec une moyenne densité de bulle. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de miel et d’agrumes. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture aqueuse. Faible effervescence en bouche. Présence de miel fruité en arrière goût. (Rating #779)

Dec 12, 2006 Updated: Jan 14, 2007Drunk at home 10/12/06. I greatly enjoyed this beer. Its light and refreshing, and the honey notes come through without being cloying, the body is a little thin. The golden colour is very attractive in the glass. A good drinking beer!

Dec 9, 2006 Golden with small disappearing head. The aroma is hoppy with hints of citrus. Soft taste with light malty background and some hops. cleansing bittterness.
It’s overcarbonated and would have been better with a softer palate.
Not very interesting and not as well-made as Fullers other brews...

Dec 5, 2006 Medium creamy white head; yellow body. Light sweetish honey aroma. Light, soft sweetish honey taste as well. Dryish finish. Resiny notes. Harmonic and delicate. Honey flavour is a welcome addition to the beer, and complements the taste nicely. Quite good. (0.5l bottle.)
