Jun 26, 2005 Updated: Sep 18, 2005Pours golden with almost no head. Feals nice and full. Sweet, hoppy aroma. I only noticed a slight honey arome... It was more distinqt in the smell. Sweet and dry finish.

Aug 17, 2008 Draft at Beer Bistro in Toronto. Pours gold with a white head. Sweet malt and honey in the aroma. Flavor is again sweet, with honey and caramel. Simple, but nice.

Aug 8, 2006 Orangey golden and clear with minimal white head. Aroma is hoppy with some honey. Flavour is sweet, lots of sugar taste but not really a honey taste. Has some malts but the sweetness dominates to the finish.

May 3, 2005 Bottle. Golden color with a white head. The taste is sweet light body with a light malty pattern. The hops gives flavours of straw and light earth.

Jul 2, 2006 Bottle from LCBO- Pours sparkling gold with lively bubbles and a foamy short lived white head. The nose is filled with mild grassy hops but does have some filler between the malts. SPicy honey sweetness with some crisp hoppy bite. Very subtle, but was pretty good as an up north fishing beer. Spritzy finish, with some hopping present in the finish. Summer beer for sure.

Nov 29, 2008 Bottled version, Golden blond coloured beer with some light carbonation and a small white head. Herby sweet malty aroma with some light yeasty and honey touch. Medium to full palate. Finish is light bitter sweet, honey light touched with a longer dry and herby ending. Rather nice actually
