Organic Honey Dew is the UK’s best selling organic beer. Light and golden with a zesty edge and a bitter-sweet flavour, Honey Dew is a naturally palatable brew that is Soil Association approved as 100% organic.
Served chilled, Organic Honey Dew offers both refreshment and an unbeatable taste. The real organic honey in the brew gives a gentle sweetness that appeals to a wide range of people, even those who perhaps wouldn’t usually drink beer, making it a very popular choice!

Not much colour - faintly golden yellow with mostly diminishing head. Odd aromas hinting at decomposing hay/plant-litter and yeast. Sweet honey in the initial flavor, watery on the mid palate and a sweet finish. A somewhat one-dimensional beer - to little hops and glycerin to balance the impression.

500 ml bottle - pours medium gold, with a thick white crown. Very nice looking. Aroma a delicate mix of musty, earthy hops and a combination of malt and honey sweetness. They did it nicely in that the honey isn’t overpowering, but blends with the natural sweetness of the malt. The honey comes out a bit more in the flavour, which has more sweetness, woody hops, and a metallic edge. It almost seems as if the honey is a gimmick - the beer doesn’t need it as the malt provides ample natural sweetness. Light body with very little finish. Still, a good brew - nothing exceptional, but well made and would be a refreshing summer quaffing ale.

500ml Bottle: Pours, oddly, honey in colour with no visual carbonation and an ok head that left decent lacing and never quite fully retired. Aroma of sweet malt, cereal, wet grass, and some hops; emphasis on the wet grass. Flavour is very watered down and somewhat delicate, moreso than I’d expected in the somewhat strong scent. The cereals really come through here, and the honey hits on the aftertaste. I did, however, find it well balanced. Drank it in the appropriate glass and was hit on all three levels of the palate at once. Still, too watery and drab for my tastes.

Tap@Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen: Soft honey aroma, clear appearance. Soft and thin on the palate.

This organic ale poured a crystal clear golden yellow with a bright white frothy head. To the nose honey is prodominant with a little citrus and alcohol. First sip was a little watery but full of honey flavour. Smooth with a nice aftertaste of once again, honey.Palate is lightly hoppy with a slight oily mouthfeel.

Coloração dourada-clara intensa, creme denso e persistente. No aroma e no sabor, o mel está presente, valorizando a proposta dessa breja. A sensação é de uma cerveja um tanto suave, mas com personalidade. O final é longo e doce, também com a presença do mel. Fácil de beber e muito refrescante.

Draught at Shepherd’s Crook. The beer was golden in a Fullers goblet. The aroma was fairly light with some honey. There was some grassiness to the flavour, but mostly honey. Light and uninteresting.

I tried this beer on tap on April 9, 2009 at "Smokeless Joe’s" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer poured a hazy yellow-gold colour with a 1" thick white head. The aroma was grainy malt, some honey, and some hops. The mouthfeel was full-bodied, slightly creamy, and medium carbonation. The flavour was slightly hoppy with some grapefruit flavour coming through. A very refreshing beer which went down easy!
