Dec 5, 2004 Golden body with practiacally no head. Malty aroma with a strong grass note. Flavour is a good match of hops and honey with a creamy mouthfeel.

Jul 12, 2006 This organic ale poured a crystal clear golden yellow with a bright white frothy head. To the nose honey is prodominant with a little citrus and alcohol. First sip was a little watery but full of honey flavour. Smooth with a nice aftertaste of once again, honey.Palate is lightly hoppy with a slight oily mouthfeel.

Jul 18, 2006 500ml brown bottle. Gold pour with a short lasting white head. Nice note of honey in the aroma with light malt. Sweet flavour, lots of honey and some orange notes. Malty finish.

Yellow golden color, limpid and a with good fizz. Compact and adherent foam, medium duration. Artificial scent with notes of honey, straw and candy. Enough pungent and sweetish taste; much soft and sweetish in mouth, nearly dense. Sweet and enough perfumed final; good honey presence.

Nov 23, 2005 (Bottle 50 cl) Very intense, deep golden with only a small head. Very pronounced honey character, but the sweetness is really downplayed and never gets cloying. The honey only adds flavour - not stickyness. And everything is pretty balanced by a solid shot of Target. Quite a refined brew. 260201

Sep 26, 2005 A Mes rate:
Dusty honey nose. Very "golden" appearance. Honey comes through in the middle too and for a nanosecond i thought it was going to be too much but then it is swept away by the malt. Swift finish that ends up bitter. Better than I thought it was going to be.
