Commercial Description:
Available in pasteurised bottles and kegs all year round.
Organic Honey Dew is the UK’s best selling organic beer. Light and golden with a zesty edge and a bitter-sweet flavour, Honey Dew is a naturally palatable brew that is Soil Association approved as 100% organic.
Served chilled, Organic Honey Dew offers both refreshment and an unbeatable taste. The real organic honey in the brew gives a gentle sweetness that appeals to a wide range of people, even those who perhaps wouldn’t usually drink beer, making it a very popular choice!

Heavy malty and light notes of honey. Huge frothy, white head. Fair lacing. Mostly diminishing longevity. Clear yellow body. Moderate sweet flavor. Light to medium palate with watery texture.

Bottle, gradually depleting my stocks of Fullers had this umpteen times before but have never got round to rating. Golden in colour with good clarity, there is a definate honey aroma but backed up with malts. Taste is honey and maybe a bit too sweet not particularly bitter.

Aroma: Grassy, candy like, very sweet. Caramel, vanilla and Bird’s custard powder Flavour: Sweet malt and grassy character, caramel - not much to say really Appearance: Gold with deep head and with a tight bead of carbonation Mouthfeel: Medium light bodied with fluffy carbonation Overall: Less than I was hoping for. Grassy hops and caramel sweetness. Less bitter than it needs to balance the sweet malt character. Beautiful aroma which unfortunately doesn’t follow through in the flavour department,

500ml bottle, BB 07/05/07...whoops. Aroma packed full of nice sweet honey and biscuity malt. Pours an pale orange-amber body with a creamy white head and thick lace. Body is full, slightly sticky, with a creamy carbonation. Palate is balanced towards the malty side with some nice biscuity toffee flavours backed by some smooth honey with a nice little tang of citrus-like hops towards the finish to balance the moderate sweetness. Finish is dry with an off-putting bready yeast flavour. Overall this is a nicely balanced honey flavoured ale.
