Slightly cloudy yellow, with a small white head. Was totally alive when i opened it, had to rush to the kitchen sink with a volcanic bottle.
aroma : pilsener like aroma, honey, hops,peaches, a little cardboard.
flavor is honey, slight bitterness, slight sawdust, very tasty and refreshing, but a little too far on the sweet side to be -for me - a real session beer.

Jul 26, 2009 Keg at the Bank, Clapham, 20th July 09. Clear gold, large bubbles, small white head. Slightly honeyish but overall rather bland. Was the end of the barrel, so will re-rate.

Sep 30, 2007 Surprisingly I found I liked this beer. Golden yellow, nose of honey, yeast and citrus. Some carbonation. Flavour was subtely sweet and a touch of bittterness ensured it was not sickeningly so.

Jul 20, 2007 (bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a foamy white medium-sized head. Light-sweet aroma with pale malt-character, lemon-fruity and zesty spicy notes, accompanied by notes of honey and traces of hops. Light-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy mouthfeel. Malty base with honey coming through from the middle part and stays present to the aftertaste, which is fortunately just moderately sweet. I liked the rather restrained honey-character combined with a moderate sweetness. Decent brew.

Oct 12, 2008 I thought this beer would be a total write-off. It was incredibly enjoyable, however boring. Since my expectations were greatly exceeded it is likely that my rating is too high.

Oct 11, 2007 50 cL bottle, given two me by my to great sons for fathers day. Pours golden yellow/orange with a little dense white head. Smooth and slight carbonated mouthfeel. Distinct honey aroma on top of a mild caramel malt base, a bit sharp. Flavour is honey, more sharp than sweet. Ends however quite sweet yet quite well balanced. Nice.

Jul 17, 2006 Bouteille de demi litre. Jaune doré assé bien, beau collet qui disparait vite. Arome de miel et de malte faible. Goût très légé, persque pas de miel. O.k. pour l’été mais pas plus.

Mar 16, 2008 0.5 l bottle. Golden color with small head. Sweetish, malty, honeyish and fruity aroma with hint of lemon and english hops. Sweetish mellow flavor with focus on malt and honey, some tart fruitiness, low bitterness. Not balanced, needs
more bitterness, acidity or a dryer beer.
