May 16, 2004 Golden, no head. Aroma is malty and brings (of course...) honey. Flavor brings honey as well, but its turns into quite a hoppy finish.

Mar 23, 2004 (Bottled, 5.0% ABV, BBE 10/2004) Golden-honey/light amber color, medium, foamy head with lace. Very strong honey aroma with some hopping. Malty, sweetish honey flavor. Sweet and bitter finish. Medium-bodied, honey-sugary palate, quite balanced carbonation. A well-made honey ale, although the amount of honey is too much for me.

May 14, 2004 Bottled. Golden amber body, initially frothy white head diminishes steadily. Slight honeyed aroma, the sweetness more apparent in the taste. Honeyness doesn’t go overboard. The label says it’s "the perfect alternative to continental beers". Yeah, right...

Jul 12, 2007 Light honeyish colour with good fresh head. very subtle hop and honey smell. Easy drinking session ale. Not too sweet, and the hops are under the honey’s constraint. Satisfying, drying aftertaste.

Dec 5, 2006 Medium creamy white head; yellow body. Light sweetish honey aroma. Light, soft sweetish honey taste as well. Dryish finish. Resiny notes. Harmonic and delicate. Honey flavour is a welcome addition to the beer, and complements the taste nicely. Quite good. (0.5l bottle.)
