Colour was almost coppery golden with a very short lasting head. Aroma is of honey and dough. Flavour was pretty straightforward with the honey late in the peace, a watery texture with an almost chalky finish. Gets better towards the end of the bottle. beergut111 (210), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

I enjoy fullers beers but this beer had a rather unpleasent taste harrisoni (6828), Ashford, Kent, England

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Dec 9, 2006 Golden with small disappearing head. The aroma is hoppy with hints of citrus. Soft taste with light malty background and some hops. cleansing bittterness.
It’s overcarbonated and would have been better with a softer palate.
Not very interesting and not as well-made as Fullers other brews... rane (505), Nibe, Denmark
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Mar 12, 2007 Golden colour with little white head. Aroma of straw and honey. The taste is dominated by honey. Seems to be a little one dimensional. I can imagine that this beer will get a little more points on a hot summerday. GRM (1273), Aylmer, Quebec, Canada
