Deep red, thin loose head. Mellow and sweet nutty aroma. Taste matches quite well - but the nuts head towards almonds and marzipan. Sweet and very drinkable.

Dry and ligh bodied with a distinct, firm mouthfeel. salty and bready with a finish that mixes orange and bitterness. Another solid, if perhaps unexciting beer from Fuller’s. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel and fruit giving it a very slight spiciness. The flavor is also sweet malty with strong notes of caramel and spices - it might be the molasses that gives it the spiciness, though I can’t pick out the molasses. Nice. oh6gdx (9104), Vasa, Finland
