Funfair Make Mine A Valentine

Derby Winter Fest 05. A pale golden beer with a small white head. Aromas are sulphur and spices with fruit and butter. Flavours are soft and citrus followed by dry, bitter hops. Long and hoppy aftertaste. Pretty good.

Cask (handpulled) at Derby Winter Beer Festival 2005. Pale yellow with very thin white head, slight barnyard aroma but that’s soom replaced my a mild citirc whiff, a pale grapefruitness and a half decent hoppy bite.
