Pours a transparent copper amber with a thin-lacing wispy-lacing white head. Aroma of sweet toasty caramel and German lager yeast character. Body starts fairly full and semi-sweet with some milk chocolate notes and a more bitter, drier doughy finish. A pretty interesting bock that’s fairly true to style, although maybe a little more bitter.

Pours a clear brown with a small tanned head. -some alcohol smell. Sweet and slightly dry. Aromas of malts and marzipan. Medium bodied. Soft carbonation. Sweet and dry finish. I like the marzipan aromas, but that’s it.
