Bottled. Copper-colored with a small, dense beige head. Mostly sweet, malty aroma, with some fruity hints. Malty-sweet flavor with some roastiness. Hints of coffee and cocoa. Sweet, medium to full body, Some bitterness at the end. (060122)

A great Bock from one of Denmarks best micro breweries. A bit harsh (read: alcoholic) in aftertaste, but otherwise powerful and tasty. Not Fur’s best beer.

500 ml bottle, unpasteurised, bought in Hvide Sande, Denmark. Beautiful clear reddish amber colour, moderate lingering head. Malty aroma with some caramel and honey. I like my bocks darker than this, still this one has a pretty full body, some malty caramel sweetness with a moderately bitter finish. Alcohol is unfortunately too dominant. Does not live up to its high price.

Mostly lasting light brown creamy head, a wonderfull sight when poured. Light amber colour. Powerfull aroma and finish very bitter, creamy palate but lively. A very good beer.

Small head on a clear brown body. Good body, not oo bitter and a good drink, no more. I must confess I am not a fan of bock beer actually, but this was one of the better-made.

(Bottle 33 cl) Very pretty bronze colour, clear and filtered with a rather small head. Very full-bodied, very malty with lots of malt sugars and a subdued bitterness. A solid and potent brew if not exactly sophisticated. Closer to a Doppelbock actually. 090105

Moderately malty aroma with some hops. Appeared with almost no head and with a brown hue. Sweet taste but a bit on the thin side.

Bottle, at home. Dark red with large light brown head, almost diminishing, nice lacings. Aroma moderate malty and hoppy. Flavor moderate sweet with a moderate/heavy bitter and long finish. Medium body, oily, soft carbonated.
