Chestnut brown, low creamy off-white head.
Fruity and minerally aroma.
Fat dry mouthfeel, sweet, caramelly base, a bit fruit (strawberries), candy, spice, a hint of chocolate and strawberriesin the aftertaste. A rather one-dimensional experience.

Jun 17, 2005 Dark amber colour. Decent sweet and malty aroma with notes of toffee. Flavour is fairly pleasant and sweet with a moderately bitter finish. Palate is quite lively and warming. However, this is nothing special either - so far only the Fur Porter is a little above average.

May 23, 2005 Draft at DBF2005. Malty nose, along with some sweetness. Amber colored body, small white head. Sweet flavor, ends rather dry. Decent, but not a d-bock.
