An amber beer with a nice though collapsing off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel. The flavor is also sweet with notes of caramel, but also some notes of cowberries, as well as some alcohol running over the tongue. The mouthfeel is quite dry.

(Bottle 33 cl) Very pretty bronze colour, clear and filtered with a rather small head. Very full-bodied, very malty with lots of malt sugars and a subdued bitterness. A solid and potent brew if not exactly sophisticated. Closer to a Doppelbock actually. 090105

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a lacing white head. Solid caramel aroma and a very minor woody note. Almost fullbodied. Caramel malt flavour, medium sweet, light alcohol presence and mild bitterness into the finish. Ends with a lingering light spice and malt note.

Bottled. Dark amber. Sweet and toffeeish. Fairly malty with soft, but mellow and syrupy mouthfeel. Low bitterness. Lacks hops and malt firmness.

Draught. Light reddish colour. Small creamy white head. PEppery, caramelly flavour. A bit alcoholic and thick. Too close to a superstrength lager.

Golden colour with a huge off white head. Malty aroma with notes of alcohol and hops, but not much aroma at all. Sweet flavour with notes of malt, alcohol and caramel. Bitter finish.
