Golden coloured and clear. Sweet aroma, a bit odd too. Perhaps notes of coriander and fruit, but way too faint.

May 06. I wasn’t expecting much, as I got this one served at a dinner, but I got a nice surprise. It’s a beautiful, hazy, orange-golden wheat with a huge head. The aroma has notes of wheat, yeast and fruit. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of banana and other fruits, but also citrus in the finish. It’s nicely balanced.

[Tasted at the bloodparty with the bloody bloodbros.] A true german Hefe with a bit lack to reach the average in this style.

Bottle. Clear golden colour with a nice retentive head. Aroma was yeast, citrus and some flower and fruit with a mixed of hoppy, grassy notes as well. Thought it balances well between the hoppy bitterness and the sweet flower, fruit like taste. Palate had a thin texture with a fizzy carbonation to it. Medium bodied with a slight dry and bitter finish.

50 cl bottle. No yeast at the bottom. Light golden cloudy colour with a nice white head. Nice aroma of yeast, little citrus and little bread-like too. Soft and weak flavour of wheat, yeast and some bitter fruitness. Ends up very refreshing.

Cloudy yellow coloured with a white head. Aroma and taste of fruits and citrus. Very watery and boring.

Since we stayed in Fur for a week I had a chance to try almost all their beers. This was tha least impressive but tasty nevertheless. One of the best non-german hefes.
