Jul 28, 2007 Bottle. Medium high and creamy off-white lasting head. Clear and beautiful cobber coloured body. Hoppy barley malt aroma with grassy notes plus nuts. Feels thick in the mouth and at first relatively sweet with caramel and butter mixed with a good deal of carbonation, edning in a hoppy bitter aftertaste.

Jul 24, 2007 Clear and amber beer. Has a lasting, off-white head. Bitter aroma with faint floral notes. Flavor starts sweet, but finish heavy bitter and a bit astringent. Dry texture.

Jul 8, 2007 Draught at Københavnske Øldage. As Tall Ships IPA. Clear, golden beer with a minimal off-white head. Quite malty nose, with some american hops. Malt-based flavor as well, with a fruity hoppyness to balance it. Medium body. An english-style, a bit anonyomous IPA, quaffable though. (070512)

May 17, 2007 Draft. An amber beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet malty and fruity combined with notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel as well as lightly burnt notes, leading to a slighlty bitter end. Where is the hops - to me this is not an IPA, but still an OK beer.
