Dark red with a beige head, mostly diminishing, modest lacings. Aroma moderate malty (caramel, roasted), light hoppy. Flavor moderate sweet, light bitter, long duration. Light/medium body, soft carbonation. To bitter, not a typical Christmas beer.

Oct 22, 2006 Amber coloured. Clear. Dense beige head. Liqourice, light spice (cloves) and light caramel in the aroma. Medium-bodied. Malty, roasted, slightly chocolaty, alcoholic and sugary. Bitterish finish - maybe it is more like from alcohol than from hops.
