Bottle. Aroma with malt, caramel and raisins.Clear dark amber colour with small white head. Slightly bitter hops flavour. Spices too well hidden for a Christmas brew.

13-DEC-2009, bottle @Erik, brought by Teddy. Tasted blind. Brown with reddich hue. Malty nose, unclean, ale-like sweet charamel taste, but too sweet. No hoppy bitteness, just a metallic aftertaste. Watery, uninteresting. Teddy, buy your beers yourself! Do not send Marianne after beer again...

Bottle. Clear brown colour with thin light beige head. Aroma and taste of caramel and roasted brown ale malts. Its very much similiar to the Renaissance brew. Its not bad but its not what I would call a christmas beer.

Bottle at EsBF09. Mild creamy and faintly roasted aroma. Clear dark brown colour. Very small head. The flavour is mildly roasted and nicely so. Has a good dark maltiness, creamy and good with a hint of horse stable.
