Bottle, 2008 Pre-GBBF Chris_o Shindig. Used penny copper, white head. Ginger bread, compost, mint and rust aromas. Chewy metallic malt flavor, grassy, pepper. Not bad or deeply flawed, but uninspired, and doesn’t really take advantage of it’s strength to do anything fun.

Bottled. Amber colour, small head. Aroma is fruits, hops, yeast and some notes of mild caramellyness. Flavour is quite much the same along with strong vanilla and wood. A bit out of balance.

Bottle at Chris_o Pre GBBF Shindig 08. Nice red/copper colour with a thin white head. Not a great beer, some sweet malt, some hop on finish, bit of heat, but ultimately it’s ok.

Clear deep amber with tiny off white head. Breadish aroma with fruity and caramel notes. Sweet fruity flavor with caramel malt and a mild bitter end.

Clear dark amber colour with a small beige head. Aroma of sweet malt, little caramel and little hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration.
