Mar 26, 2008 Bottle. Large light creamy white head that mostly diminished. Somewhat clear golden color. Fair display of lacework. Aroma of mild bread, caramel, hint of fruit and a hint of floral notes as well. Light to medium bodied with an average carbonation. Moderated sweet flavor, hint of bitterness. Sweet bread like finish.

Feb 20, 2008 Bottle. Medium high fluffy but lasting off-white head. Clear cobber body. Fresh and relatively sweet fruity and hoppy caramel aroma. Far more bitter flavor than expected but not too much of a good thing in combination with the mild flavors of barley malt and caramel. Low carbonation and a long bitter aftertaste with just a hint of the alcohol.
