Bottle. Large light creamy white head that mostly diminished. Somewhat clear golden color. Fair display of lacework. Aroma of mild bread, caramel, hint of fruit and a hint of floral notes as well. Light to medium bodied with an average carbonation. Moderated sweet flavor, hint of bitterness. Sweet bread like finish.

(Mortens fødselsdag 2008) Rav - god påske; lidt mere af det hele, men så heller ikke mere... Måske lige lovligt sød?

Bottle. Medium high fluffy but lasting off-white head. Clear cobber body. Fresh and relatively sweet fruity and hoppy caramel aroma. Far more bitter flavor than expected but not too much of a good thing in combination with the mild flavors of barley malt and caramel. Low carbonation and a long bitter aftertaste with just a hint of the alcohol.
