Beer2000 (1775), Kristiansand, Norway Oct 21, 2009 500 ml bottle. Nice amber body with a beige head. Aroma of malt and caramel. Flavor is sweet malt, caramel, decent bitterness and some alcohol. Balanced, refreshing, surprisingly little alcohol in flavor. Maybe not so typical a steam beer, but I like it anyway. The best I have tasted from Fur so far. Moolesen (13), Netherlands Oct 17, 2009 50cl bottle. Light brown beer, with no head. Some sweetness in the nose, as well as metallic and rye bread. The taste is sweet, but the rye dominates, and is not my style. In the finish there is a slight bitterness, which unfortunate not comes to its right due to the rye.
