Draft. An amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel as well as some minerals. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, metal, and minerals, leading to a bitter finish. The body is on the light side.

Clear light to medium amber color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090516]

The color is beautiful red-brown and the head is creamy and lasting. The aroma has notes of caramel and malt, and the same goes for the slightly sweet, well balanced and nice flavor, it’s a nice vienna.
