| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Aug 28, 2009 Light but ok white beer. Odd to call it a pils also, but what the heck, who cares as long as you drunk right ? Well decent beer aslong as you´re not gonna drink 1k of em´..if you know what I mean. | 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Dec 15, 2008 Weisspils Another strange one. Dont know weather this is a Pils or Weizen or both. It claims both. Cloudy but see through. Smells like a Weizen pours like a Pils. A sour bitter taste. Unique but not spectacular. Worth a try for something different but would not stock it. shrubber85 (2934), Wallhalben, Germany
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 31, 2008 Swing-top bottle. Lemon/banana wheat malt aroma. Cloudy orange-yellow color with moderate head. A mixture of Weizen (lemon/banana and wheat malt) and grassy hops - a mixture of the 2 styles - exactly what it says. Interesting to say the least - worth a try. Quack-Duck (3260), Bodensee/Schwarzwald, Germany
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 2, 2008 bottle. Cloudy pale yellow, large head. Aroma of a Hefeweizen, although it is a Weißbierpils. It starts like a Hefeweizen and than becomes more and more like a Pils, being quite hoppy in the finish. Interesting and unusual combination of two styles. kappldav123 (1863), Markkleeberg, Germany
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jan 13, 2008 The bottle looks neot bad - silver. The beer in the glass looks like a normal hefeweizen. The beer starts also like a weizen, the finish is more like a pilsner but becomes vapid really fast. Nice experience, but only an average beer. MiP (9096), Sønderborg, Denmark
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 11, 2007 Bottle, 5.1%. Cloudy pale yellow colour. Big, stable, rocky white head. The flavour starts off like any old Hefe, OK fruity with a little banana. Finishes drier, though, and with a little more bitterness than usual in a Hefe. so I guess there are characteristics from both pils and Hefe. Rather high carbonation. | 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Mar 11, 2007 Huge white head with lace; hazy orange-yellowish beer with a light olive haze. Dry nose with the Weizen typics: banana, cloves, orange and - is it suggestion? - olives. Also bog myrtle. Drier than a classical Weizen. And hence, close to a Kristal Weizen. Dry, dull MF. ...Silly.
