Bottle (excavated by Stefan!): Golden and hazy, dense - almost creamy - persistent off-white head; bananas and shy cloves in the nose - with a lemony-wheaty background; light to moderate sourish-sweetish flavour, light to medium bodied; bananas and wheat - again - in the lingering wheaty finish. Good middle-of-the road Weizen

Bottle 50cl. @ home.
Hazy medium orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, banana, fruity, light rubbery, yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light rubbery with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20090927]

Bottle, bought @ Ambrosetti, Berlin.
Pours hazy yellow with a fine, large, frothy, white head. Lots of big bubbles travel lazily upwards. Moderate banana aroma, good sweetness and wheat. There is a citric note as well as some clove and pine. High carbonation, a bit thin mouthfeel. Flavour has a slight metallic off-flavour, but otherwise mild sweetness and maltiness. Quite bitter with grassy and pine-like hoppiness. Long lingering finish with some citric orange. Fine.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange/yellow with a huge, white, creamy and lasting head. Solid bubblegum/banana fruity aroma. Dry initial flavour with a mix of yeast and bubblegum. Dry and wheaty finish. Plain and simple.

bottle. Cloudy pale yellow, large white head. Flavours of banana, quite yeasty, slightly and pleasantly malty. Well-balanced, but nothing special.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Fine and creamy foam. Flavor could be a little bit more fruity, finish is too dry. An average hefeweizen.

Unclear, golden. Tall white head. Yeasty and wheaty aroma and flaovur. Traces of bananas. Somewhat watery. Very mild, not impressive.

A very run of the mill hefe weizen. Typical cloudy gold appearance with a big white head. Aroma of yeast, bananas and spice. Flavour was of bananas and more spice with not much of a finish. forgettable.
