Cask. Clear copper colour, off-white cover. Solid, lightly roasty, nutty (Hazelnuts) nose with toffee ice cream notes. Quite fresh this one, showing even a small peak of smokiness. Light-medium bodied, fair carbonation.

Cask at Ubiquitos Chip, Glasgow. A reddish amber beer with a beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, leading to a slightly bitter finish.

A Mes rate: Cask at the Omnipresent Chip.
Amber brown with a thin but tenacious off white head. Excellent fruity malt and nice bitter citric notes. Lovely hints of orange and possibly some slight coriander. Good condition. Lovely hoppage. A fyne bitter... sorry. What a dramatic improvement over the bottle.

Bottle at RBESG. Boring brown colour with very little head. Quite sweet and fruity with some caramel and slight spice in the finish.
Score: 5, 2, 5, 3, 11

Cask at Ubiquitos Chip, Glasgow. Nut brown. Lightly roasty. Dry, fresh and gently sparkling with light body and caramelly, roasty malt flavour. Salty finish. Well balanced and really good!
