Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, wheat. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20090410]

Jun 1, 2009 Cask, Bow Bar, Edinburgh. Burnished orange appearance and crystal clear, which disappointed me a bit - I like my wheat beers to look the part!! Hint of dryness and cloves, with a papery aroma. Some fruit in the aftertaste. Might have been a bit better if served a touch cooler.

May 27, 2009 Cask @ HAF09. Dark golden colour. Aroma of flowery hops. Flavour has sweet malts and hops.

Apr 19, 2009 Draft at Guildford. Poured an amber, not really wheat except for the bit of citrusy sweetness with it. Interesting if not exactly awesome.
