20.09.2009, on tap at the Bow Bar,edinburgh. Yellow colour with white head. Sweet malty aroma. At first the bitterness is a little hidden but it gets more bitter in the aftertaste. Very nice ale.

Bottle: A bright golden ale with a foamy head that sifts down to a fine layer of white bubbles. Soft to the nose, just light breezes of cereal and light honey. A lots of creamy malts but balanced very well with some crisp English hopping that gives a perfect little dryness and zesty tingle. Some honey and Granny Smith apple peel ring through. Very drinkable though not totally stand out.

Cask @ 3 Judges. Clear golden colour, small white head. Almost no aroma, some biscuit malts. Flavour has biscuit malts, and is a bit hoppy.
