Bov (4623), Bienne, Switzerland Dec 16, 2007 courtesy of Yvonne and Peter Dürsteler - fully cloudy orange colour, no foam; lot of residual yeasts; solid aroma of apricot, yeast, orange/citrus and vinegar, vinous; medium-bodied, a fair sweetness balanced by a a solid acidity; the acidity persists in the finish with more fruity notes - a wonderful lambic made in Switzerland!
