Jul 9, 2007 Bottled (Thanks DerDoppelbock!). Dark golden colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is skunky hops and some harsh grassy notes. Flavour is grassy malts along with salty hops.

Jun 10, 2007 A bit darker than most, golden with a white head. Ultra clean flavour profile, perhaps too much. Straight simplistic straw flavours with little hop aromas and the usual grain sack, but sweet at that, almost caramelly. Another under average Kölsch by Gaffel, once again too sweet and not hoppy enough. They are meant for drinkability after all.

May 8, 2006 Bottle . Koln . Clear gold with average head . Medium carbonation . Clean malty aroma, well rounded nose . Good , well brewed beer , a bit sweeter, maltier but just right balanced . Good suprise from local getranke markt .

Apr 18, 2006 This is an ale? Seemed liek another Kolsch to me. Aroma is floural maybe ever lemony at time, but cornish malts throughout. Taste is fairly light but very drinkable.

Sep 6, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Very beautiful clear amber colour with a fine, creamy head leaving a nice lacework in my glass. Lightly fruity nose. Incredibly soft body with notes of caramel. The main feature in this beer though are the fantastic fruity esters from the ale yeast. Light bitter finish. Incredibly delicate brew and much more interesting than a normal Kölsch. 040905
