Sep 6, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Very beautiful clear amber colour with a fine, creamy head leaving a nice lacework in my glass. Lightly fruity nose. Incredibly soft body with notes of caramel. The main feature in this beer though are the fantastic fruity esters from the ale yeast. Light bitter finish. Incredibly delicate brew and much more interesting than a normal Kölsch. 040905

Koelschtrinker. Pours clear and golden orange with a white head. Light spiced and hoppy bitter aroma. Flavour is metallic, and spiced. Ends light hoppy and dry.

Aug 3, 2009 Bottled. Clear deep golden, airy head. Distinct fruity nose hiding vegetables underneath. Sweet and rounded, boldly malty with medium body and light salty bitterness. Quite simple.
