Bottle Pours pale yellow with a white head. Malty aroma with grain, grass, and hops. Light citrus even. Medium body. Flavor is sweet clean malt, grain and a short and light hoppy finish. Not bad, your average, extremely drinkable kolsch.

Oct 3, 2008 Bottle at Plan B. Clear and golden in colour with a medium sized white head. Quite crisp with notes of cactus, grain, bread, bisquits and also feels a bit toasted.

I’ve had this on tap in Cologne, but that was decades ago.
Mild spiciness, on the sweet side. As with many beers of this style, it comes out a bit bland and not as refreshing as a German pilsener. Some more carboantion would have helped this along IMHO.

Sep 14, 2008 Pale golden with white head. Sour, hop, grain aroma. Citrus, and grain / biscuit flavor notes. Decent balance with mild bitter finish.

Sep 10, 2008 Pours a light straw colored body with a large white head. Aroma is mildly sweet with grainy, grassy and a weird faint metallic smell. Flavor is grassy, grains, citrus and very light spice. Light bodied, thin texture.
