| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 23, 2007 12 oz. bottle: Sparkling clear pour with lots of spritzy carbonation and a receding ivory head. Light aroma is peach esthers and some straw. Body follows suit, with a broaded spectrum of esthery notes - peach and baked apple. Herbal hops and subtle caramel malts add some depth. This is a great example of a very delicate style. Dorqui (1361), Brescia, Italy

Decidedly modest scent, nearly absent with light notes of malt and dried grassy. Little pungent taste and decidedly sweetish. Little perceivable alcohol; soft and mellow body.

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 17, 2007 Bright gold spritzy pour. Delicately barrelly and woodily vinous in the snout. Lovely rounded wheaty-bready afters going on and on through the nose. A tang of metal. A trace of hoppy Pilsener bitterness. Whisper it quietly (in Dusseldorf), but this is quality stuff. | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Feb 16, 2007 Golden color with very little head. Grainy aroma with hints of apple juice. The flavor has the same light apple flavor with a slightly bitter finish. Nothing special. TheBeerLover (1019), DC Metro Area, USA
| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Feb 13, 2007 1/2 liter bottle. Pours to a beautiful, bright, staw golden color, with a tall, rocky, white head that fades, and a good bit of carbonation. The nose on this beer is excellent, with light, jammy, estery aroma, paired with subtle aromas of pale malt. The palate is round, and clean, with light pale malt flavor, with light touches of estery fruit. This beer finishes with more light pale malt flavors up front, then ends with some light herbal hop bitterness to balance. Fantastic example of kolsch, a beer you can just inhale. Many beer geeks just don’t get the subtle beauty of a good kolsch. This beer is so fresh, clean, and drinkable. The ultimate session brew. Palidor19 (1791), Brandon, Florida, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 6, 2007 Quite a nice surprise. great for the warm spring and summer days. gives off a mild fruity aroma with a complementary taste of light malts and tropical fruits. although the end is a tad astringent. still very drinkable. nick76 (2684), Tampa, Florida, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Feb 6, 2007 The aroma is very light with sweet fruit, yeast, and mild grassy hops. The appearance is pale gold with a medium sized head. The flavor is like the aroma and also weak. The palate is thin. This beer is almost tasteless and orderless except for brief moments of bitter and fruitiness.
