Oct 18, 2006 Light golden kolsch with a creamy white head. A sweet malt with notes of honey in aroma. In mouth, a nicely hopped Kolsch, with some overbearing sweetness, chalky mineral notes, much less dry than other kolsch I tried. However, this was pleasant and quaffable.

Oct 14, 2006 Very pale, white head. Soft aroma of yeast, citrus and sweet bread. Fairly dry mouthful, with citrus, flowery hops and some soft nuts. As light as it feels, there is some decent complexity. the finish is delicate and crisp. So easy.

Sep 19, 2006 Köln, sipped by the Dom while watching the hour strike 21:00. Total mystery to me why this beer style is a big deal. Acceptable yet over-cooked macro-like beer.

Aug 30, 2006 Pours light golden and effervescent with a thin white head. Aroma is bready, lightly metallic, slightly cheesey. Taste is lightly malty, crisp, bready, and slightly herbal. Mouthfeel is thin bodied with lively carbonation. Quite nice and very refreshing.

Aug 26, 2006 poured a straw like yellow color with almost no head. it had a nice malty aroma mainly yeast notes but a subtle fruit note. Tste was all malts yeasty malts. A crsip finish and a nice all round smooth drink.
